Even cops can get DUIs

Boy, I thought this town was tough for DUIs.

This officer arrested his own wife for driving under the influence…

Either I have a lot of alcoholic friends or this town is really tough though. I can honestly say that only 3 out of the first 15 male friends that come to mind have not received a DUI at some point in their life, while living in this city (Bismarck).

Remember I don’t condone drinking and driving, but I think the rate of DUIs in Bismarck is increased due to our completely sub-par public transportation service (or lack thereof).

Maybe if the city would direct funds towards bettering the public transportation instead of hiring more cops the problem would rectify itself (to an extent).
